Summary for GAP's
Working with medium to large organisations who enjoy ease to market, we design, implement then project manage
campaigns that produce significant income streams for all concerned. Put simply our sole business function is to open
external income channels for companies and add profit to their bottom line. No other company, to our knowledge, offers
a service that is singularly focused on delivering profit and nothing else to it's clients - we believe as an outsourced
service we are unique.
About the role
Operating and reporting directly to the Managing Director you will work under your own steam as a freelance Associate
Partner. You will open and develop relationships with medium/large companies who have
significant or niche consumer market reach.
This will see you initiating contact with businesses via telephone and thereafter pitching and presenting our services in
face to face meeting/board rooms of big and powerful companies in the UK.
About the person(s)
Typically you will be an extremely accomplished communicator. Robust in character. Very clear thinking and able to
communicate clearly in plain English. Have a pragmatic approach in everything you do and be totally focused on
achieving personal success. The term "go-getter" should apply to you and the ability to self motivate and manage
yourself is vital.
Your background may be in sales or roles that required high levels of presenting. Ideally you will have experience of
presenting to groups of people. Fully conversant with relationship building and sales techniques, as well as the usual
suite of Microsoft programmes.
Dirty talk
You will work on achievement factor for the life of the campaign or until termination of your agreement, which ever
happens first.
This means once you have initiated and launched a campaign with a client, your earnings are linked to the success of
that campaign for as long as that campaign is live or until such times as your contact with us ends for whatever reason.
Because campaigns vary from campaign to campaign we are loathed to be specific about how much you would expect
to achieve yr1, yr2 etc. However you should note, we only deliver campaigns that have very significant income potential
for the client from which you will either earn a fixed fee per unit or a percentage of total incomes achieved.
Pragmatically speaking, if after an initial establishing period you are not able to achieve six figure incomes you will
probably not want to continue your partnership with us.

As what we do involves consulting first then subsequently pitching propositions to potential marketing partners, during
your telephone interview you will then be expected to pitch anything you like to us so we can get a feel for your
pitching level.
Thereafter we will want to meet you and take things on from there.
